01Acceptance

These terms govern your use of flye.win, operated by Flye Win Ltda.. By creating an account, including through Google sign-in, or by using an API key, you agree to them. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept them on its behalf.

You must be at least 18 years old or be duly represented.

02The service

flye.win is a store for HTTP APIs. With a single account and key, you subscribe to plans for each API in the catalog, track your usage, and review the logs of your requests in the dashboard. Each API's documentation describes what it does and how to call it.

03Account and security

• Keep your information accurate and your password confidential.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account, except where the failure is ours.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password, end your other sessions in Settings, and contact us.

04API keys

The key identifies your account on every request, and usage made with it counts toward your quota and your billing. We show the full key only once and store only a hash, so we cannot recover it later.

Do not publish keys in repositories or in code that runs in the end user's browser. If a key leaks, revoke it in the dashboard: the revocation applies to subsequent requests.

05Permitted use

You may not use the platform to:

• violate the law or the rights of third parties;
• circumvent quotas, request limits, or billing, for example by using multiple accounts to combine free plans;
• attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other customers;
• resell access to the APIs as if it were your own service, without a written agreement.

06Plans and limits

Each API has its own plans, with a monthly quota and a per-minute request limit, stated on the API's page. The quota resets to zero on the first day of each month. When a limit is reached, requests receive a 429 error until the limit renews or the plan is changed.

Error responses may also consume quota once the key has been authenticated. Each API's documentation details its behavior.

07Payment and cancellation

• Paid plans are monthly, billed in advance, renew automatically, and are priced in the currency shown on the plan's page.
• Payment is processed by a third-party provider. flye.win does not receive or store your full card details.
• You can cancel at any time under Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the period already paid, with no further charge.
• If you are a consumer, you may withdraw within 7 days of your first purchase and receive a full refund, as provided by art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor). Request it through the contact email.
• If a payment fails, access may be suspended until the payment is settled.
• Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and take effect from the next cycle.

08Availability

We work to keep the service online, and its current state is shown on the status page. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance and failures may occur. Unless agreed in writing, there is no service level commitment (SLA).

APIs marked beta may change without prior notice. Incompatible changes to stable APIs are made in a new version, and discontinued versions are announced in advance.

09Liability

You decide how to use API responses and must validate them before using them in important decisions. To the extent permitted by law, flye.win is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event.

Nothing here removes rights that the law guarantees to consumers and that cannot be waived.

10Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account through the contact email. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, giving notice whenever possible, especially where there is a risk to the platform or to third parties.

11Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or on the website at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version. If you do not agree, you may cancel before it takes effect.

12Governing law and contact

The laws of Brazil apply. The chosen venue is the courts of the consumer's place of domicile; in all other cases, the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brasil.
